Recycling and textiles

Bins must be out ready for collection by 7.30am on your collection day. Ensure only clean, dry and loose items are placed into your REDtop recycling bin.

You can check the status of your collection, find out what you can and can't put in your bin, download collection calendars and report any problems on the .

Problems or changes

If you know you were due a collection and think we have missed your bin, you can tell us online. We can check the status of your collection in real time and let you know if there was a problem with your bin.

Missed collections must be reported within 72 hours of your scheduled collection day. Reports will not be accepted after this point.

If your bin is broken, missing or the wrong size, you can request a bin change online.
