The ºÚÁÏÍøÕ¾ Wellbeing team is running a winter wellbeing advent challenge to encourage you to keep your spirits up this December and improve your wellbeing. 
The festive challenge will be running for 26 days with each day’s task starting with a different letter of the alphabet. The challenges will be set daily on the ºÚÁÏÍøÕ¾ Wellbeing and pages. 

The challenges will focus on the six ways to wellbeing: 

  • Connect 
  • Be active 
  • Take notice
  • Learn
  • Give back
  • Look after the environment

The team would love to see photos of you getting involved and meeting the challenges, with prizes available for the best photos submitted. Your photos can be submitted by sending them to the ºÚÁÏÍøÕ¾ Wellbeing team via their Facebook or Instagram. 
This challenge is accessible for everyone so hard copies will be available. If you need hard copies, please email the Wellbeing team.

This is a great way to challenge your mind, body and stay entertained this December. After a tough year for many, it is really important to reflect on the way we look after ourselves.
